Harvey and Vicki Borowski conceived the idea for this beautiful card in 1965 but it wasn’t until the summer of 1968 that they were able to find the right babies, take the photos, (it took 56 shots to get the perfect one), and develop the idea into card form and start distributing. The idea is this beautiful idea
would take off and they, along with everyone involved would help change the world. In the late 1960’s and early 1970’s Vicki and Harvey sent these cards to world leaders. They sent cards to Golda Meir, to the King and Queen of Greece, the King of Denmark, the King of Somoa, the Prime
Minister of Canada, the Shah of Iran, the president of China, the Republic of Korea, and many many more world leaders who expressed their sincerest thank yous and their wish for Peace on Earth as well. And to those of us who bought and sent the cards in the 60’s and 70’s and protested wars and worked
in many ways to change the world, we have a profound sadness now. We are hoping that once again ordinary people will continue the mission and we will again find Peace on Earth
