OK let’s be honest, Minnesota Nice is sarcasm for what’s really Minnesota Passive Aggressive. We aren’t saying Minnesotans are bad people but we do like to avoid confrontation and smile at the person who has upset us. Then we enjoy going to our friends and colleagues and discussing this person at length.  This is otherwise known as, talking behind their backs. So instead of continuing this cycle we decided to come clean with our Minnesota Passive Aggressive behavior. Stop the madness! 🙂
